If you have the V1000 model this doesn't include the immobilize feature. If you have a V2000 and it has been installed correctly make sure you are texting "disable" to the correct mobile number of the Blackhawk. You can find this number by logging in at the website.Click on My Blackhawks then Settings. Please also check the immobilizer setting is enabled and that your mobile number is in the ACL list at the bottom. Please click "update" if you change anything. |
